We provide discounts of course as we sell and serve our bags in bulk to stores worldwide, chain stores, high tech company's, institutes of all kind, law offices and other business. this is a main part of our business streamlined with our website retail faithful customers. you can check some of our happy customers at the following link , If you would like to inspect a product as a sample before purchasing in bulk, that's also possible.

you are not able to combine them with each other. Only one code can be used per order. A discount code could have an expiration date. If you have a question about a specific code, please contact us, and we will be happy to look it up for you!

We work fast and begin to process orders right after you create one, once the shipping company process we get a update with a USPS or other shipping method tracking number and email it to you.

if your order is been processed already we cannot change the address from our behalf, although before receiving the bag you will be contacted by the shipping company and may ask to change address or pickup points.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

We normally ship to US / Canada states, as we have opened up to ship worldwide as well free of charge.

depends where you are, we have different warehouses located worldwide that we stock our bags in, and always choose the nearest one by your shipping address.

Returns and exchanges

simply contact us and mention your order number, and the reason you would like to return or exchange, then we will give you an address to ship back to.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as we get the product back from you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED WARRANTY & REPAIR QUESTIONS

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Camel Mountain bags covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, This warranty applies to all The Camel Mountain brand bags. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product.  Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your The Camel Mountain bag may not survive to the ripe old age of 70. (But we have heard from folks whose well-loved and cared to the bags are still going strong!)

If you encounter any issues with the product anytime from your purchase, simply contact us mentioning your order number and what damage the product has. For broken zippers or sewing problems, we might tell you to go to a local tailor and we will refund the fixing fee. A copy of the receipt will be required.

If your warranted product by Camel Mountain LTD fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it. If your bag has special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please indicate so on the Warranty Return Form and we will not replace it and it will be returned to you.

Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than eight weeks. If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.

As stated in our warranty policy, the customer pays the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department. Camel Mountain will absorb the return shipping charges using regular mail. If you request that we return your product by UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air, the additional shipping charges will be billed to you. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense.
