We provide discounts of course as we sell and serve our bags in bulk to stores worldwide, chain stores, high tech company's, institutes of all kind, law offices and other business. This is a main part of our business streamlined with our website retail faithful customers.

If you would like to inspect a product as a sample before purchasing in bulk, that's also possible.
Please contact us using our wholesaler page for price quotes and further assistance, followed by design model name / color / quantity / delivery address / other requests.
Unfortunatly, you can not combine two coupon code with each other. Only one code can be used per order. A discount code could have an expiration date.

ORDERS & SERVICE
We work fast and begin to process orders right after you create one, once the shipping company process we get a update with a USPS or other shipping method tracking number and email it to you.
Usually 5-10 business days using our fast shipping method, standard method can take up to 25 days.
Once your order is processed, we cannot change the address from our behalf, although before receiving the bag you will be contacted by the shipping company and you may ask them to change address or pickup points.
We work fast and begin to process orders as soon as we receive them. It may not be possible for your order to be cancelled once it is placed.
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible to see if we can cancel on our end. if not, we can always accept you shipping back the product to us for a refund.

We stand by the quality of our soft goods with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship. Cosmetic damage or abuse is not covered.
For protection against accidental damage we offer two and three year extended coverage plans, which are available within 30 days of purchase. In an event where you experiences any problem, we are here to help! Our lifetime warranty makes sure all materials and workmanship stand up to normal wear and tear.
The extended protection plan covers all those accidents that can happen as you adventure around the world with your Camel Mountain products. In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Camel Mountain product through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
The Camel Mountain warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and Camel Mountain will cover any repairs/replacement costs.
Camel Mountain bags covered are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to all Camel Mountain bags. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered by the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Camel Mountain bag may not survive to the ripe old age of 70. (But we have heard from folks whose well-loved and cared for bags are still going strong!).
For 8 years, Camel Mountain has designed, chosen & made ONLY the highest quality bags and customer service that are our top priorities.
If you encounter any issues with the product anytime from your date of purchase, simply contact us mentioning your order number and describing the damage. For broken zippers or sewing problems, we might tell you to go to a local tailor and we will refund the fixing fee. A copy of the receipt will be required.
If your warranted product by Camel Mountain LTD fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it. If your bag has special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please indicate so on the Warranty Return Form and we will not replace it and it will be returned to you. Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you.
In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than eight weeks. If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.
As stated in our warranty policy, the customer pays the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department. Camel Mountain will absorb the return shipping charges using regular mail.
If you request that we return your product by UPS = Overnight or 2nd Day Air, = the additional shipping charges will be billed to you. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense.
We offer for a limited time, free of cost shipping on all orders.
We normally ship to US/Canada. Now we have opened up to ship worldwide as well completely free of cost.
It depends where you are from, we have different warehouses located
worldwide that we stock our bags in, and always choose the nearest one
based on your address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re confident you’ll love your Camel Mountain bag from day one, but just in case you need some more time to decide, how does a 30-day trial sound?
If you’re not satisfied with your bag for any reason whatsoever, just send it back to us within 30 days for a refund, less return shipping costs.
We ask that products must show no signs of use, and be in the original condition they were received in, as well as in the original packaging. To get a feel of the bag, we suggest packing a similar weight to what you will be using it with and testing the bag in an indoor environment. EG: Home, shopping mall, recreational center...etc.
Your only responsibility will be the cost of shipping the item(s) to us.
And if any parts of your bag break during or after the 300-day trial, remember that our warranty covers repairs and replacements for life. Please note that only the original buyer can initiate a return and that cancellations to orders can only be made before shipment occurs. Once shipped, the return policy will apply like you have received the item.

All items must be in NEW & UNUSED condition, in its original packaging and exactly as they were when they were shipped to be eligible for a return. Absolutely no used or damaged goods will be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and shipped back to Camel Mountain at the customers expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund payment.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the product so you can follow it until it arrives. Without a trackable shipping method we do not guarantee the product will arrive.
Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.
Please allow 7 days after the returned package arrives for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to buy the product.

Simply contact us and mention your order number, and the reason you would like to return or exchange, then we will give you an address to ship back to.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as we get the product back from you.
