Who is the business service for?

What is the minimum order?
Tell us your quantity. We quote small and large orders, and you can combine models, colors and categories in the same order.
How do I get a price?
Send the quote form on this page, or write to us by email or WhatsApp. Prices for business orders are quoted per order, based on the products, the quantity, the branding and the delivery address. We reply within one business day.
Which products can I order in quantity?
Luggage, backpacks and laptop bags, crossbody and shoulder bags, wallets and travel accessories such as packing cubes and organizers. Availability of models and colors changes, so we confirm it in the quote and again before the order goes ahead.
Can you print our logo on the bags?
Yes, with digital printing on bags that suit it. We check the bag, the print area and your logo file first, then send you a proof. Printing starts after you approve the proof. Suitcases are not printed.
How long does a business order take?
It depends on the quantity and the branding. We confirm the lead time in the quote. If you have a fixed date, such as an event or a start date for new employees, tell us in the form so we can plan around it.
Do you deliver outside Israel?
Yes, worldwide, with tracking. We can ship the whole order to one address, or to several addresses when the gifts go straight to your people. The delivery is part of the quote.
How do we pay, and what does the invoice look like?
The quote tells you how to pay for the order. The invoice is in US dollars and is made out to the company name you give us, separate from the contact person's name.
What warranty do business orders have?
The same as every Camel Mountain product: a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, email us with the order number and photos and we will tell you how we can fix it.
We have a special request that is not on the site. Who do we ask?
Send it in the form with a description, the quantity, your budget and your date. We will check what we can offer and reply with details. A special request is not a confirmed order until the product, price, branding and delivery are agreed in the quote.
