For the United States, import duties are on us: you pay nothing on delivery.

For other countries, your country may charge import VAT, duties or customs fees on delivery. They are set by your country's authorities, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you.

• Orders are handled on business days, Sunday to Thursday. Orders received after 14:00 (GMT+2) are handled from the next business day.
• Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.
• The last part of the journey is handled by your country's postal service or a local delivery company. Depending on the carrier, your parcel is delivered to your door or left at a nearby post office or pickup point.
• Please give your full address, postal code and a phone number with the country code, so the carrier can reach you.
