Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Every order ships with tracking.

How your order ships

• Suitcases, luggage sets and large travel backpacks: EMS express, with tracking
• Bags, backpacks, wallets and accessories: tracked delivery in 7 to 14 business days

The last part of the journey is handled by the postal service or a delivery company in your country. Depending on the local carrier, your parcel is delivered to your door or left at a post office or pickup point near you, and you are told where.

When your order ships

Orders are handled on business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders received after 14:00 (Israel, GMT+2, GMT+3 in summer) are handled from the next business day. We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Orders with several items

Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.

Customs and import duties

For the United States, import duties are on us: you pay nothing on delivery. For other countries, your country may charge import VAT, duties or customs fees on delivery. These are set by your country's authorities, are not included in our prices and are paid by you.

Delivery address

Please give your full address, postal code and a phone number, so the local carrier can reach you. If you need to change the address, write to us right away: once a parcel has shipped, the address may not be changeable. Full details are in sections 3 and 10 of our Terms of Sale.
