Instead of buying one suitcase at a time, a luggage set gives you two to five suitcases from the same series, in the same design and color, in sizes that complement each other: a 20-inch carry-on, a medium suitcase for a week and a large or extra-large suitcase for a long trip. This page has hardside sets in polypropylene, like the Navigator, and in polycarbonate, like the Meridian, plus softside fabric sets like the Cosmos DLX, Swiss System and Primo 2.0. When choosing a set, check which sizes you really need, how much each suitcase weighs on its own and what warranty it comes with.

Which set combination suits you?

A 20 and 24 inch pair suits a couple flying for a week, or anyone who wants a carry-on for the cabin and a suitcase for the hold. A 20 and 28 inch pair suits long trips, and a trio of 20, 24 and 28 inches covers almost any family trip. A set of four adds an extra-large 32-inch suitcase and suits relocations and large families. With the Navigator and Cosmos DLX you can pick any pair from the 20, 24, 28 and 32 inch sizes, or a set of three or four. The Primo 2.0 comes in 20, 26 and 30 inches.

Hardside or softside set?

The Navigator set has a shell of unbreakable Japanese polypropylene, with reinforced corner guards and a zipper expansion. The Meridian, a five-piece set in a single color, has a pure polycarbonate shell and a burst-proof zipper. Fabric sets are usually lighter: each Swiss System suitcase weighs between 2.2 kg (4.9 lb, 20 inch) and 3.8 kg (8.4 lb, 32 inch). The Primo 2.0 has liquid-repellent fabric, a side handle tested to 100 kg (220 lb) and a protective plate on the bottom, and the Cosmos DLX is made of 600D nylon with aluminum side guards.

How many suitcases do you really need?

A set is worth it when you use every suitcase in it. If you mostly fly with a carry-on and one checked bag, a pair is enough. A trio gives flexibility: the carry-on for a weekend, the medium for a week and the large for a long vacation. When the sizes allow, store the small one inside the large one and save closet space. Navigator, Cosmos DLX and Swiss System suitcases are also sold individually, so you can add a missing size later.

Frequently asked questions

What does a luggage set include?

A set includes two to five suitcases from the same series, in matching design and color. Most sets here come in 20, 24, 28 and 32 inches, the Primo 2.0 in 20, 26 and 30 inches, and the five-piece Meridian set also includes 14 and 8 inch pieces.

Two-piece set: which pair should I choose?

The most popular pair is 20 and 24 inches: a carry-on for the cabin and a medium suitcase for the hold. For long trips choose 20 and 28 inches, and for two travelers with checked bags, 24 and 28 inches. With the Navigator and Cosmos DLX you can choose any pair from 20, 24, 28 and 32 inches.

Is there a luggage set with a 32-inch suitcase?

Yes. The Navigator, Cosmos DLX and Swiss System have four-piece sets that include a 32-inch suitcase, and the Navigator and Cosmos DLX also offer pairs with a 32-inch piece.

How much does each suitcase in the set weigh?

Navigator: 2.5 kg / 5.5 lb (20 inch), 3.5 kg / 7.7 lb (24), 4.3 kg / 9.5 lb (28) and 4.9 kg / 10.8 lb (32). Swiss System: 2.2, 2.6, 3.0 and 3.8 kg in the same sizes. Primo 2.0: 2.7 kg (20), 3.5 kg (26) and 4.3 kg (30).

What warranty comes with a luggage set?

Every set is backed by our warranty. The exact coverage for each series, such as the shell, wheels, zippers and handle, is listed on its product page.

Can I buy one suitcase from the set separately?

Yes. Navigator, Cosmos DLX, Swiss System and Primo 2.0 suitcases are also sold individually, so you can start with one size and complete the set later.
