Which currencies do you accept?

Prices are in US dollars and you pay in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.

Is VAT or sales tax added?

No VAT or sales tax is added to orders. Outside the United States, your country may charge import taxes on delivery; see Shipping.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, on CreditGuard's secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Suitcases, luggage sets and large travel backpacks ship by EMS express. Other bags and accessories arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Every order has tracking.

Will I pay customs duties?

Not in the United States: we pay the import duties. In other countries, local import taxes or duties may be charged on delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until it ships. Write to us as soon as possible.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund your card in US dollars. See Returns and Exchanges.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects, for 12 months from delivery. See Warranty.

How do rewards work?

Every order earns about 10% back as rewards, shown in US dollars. Sign in at checkout to use them; they become available a few weeks after delivery and are valid for 12 months. See Rewards.

Will my suitcase fit in the cabin?

Each suitcase page gives its outer measurements. Airlines set their own cabin size limits, so please check your airline's current rules before you fly.

Where are your products made?

We design our products ourselves and have them made in China, in factories we work with closely and check on throughout production.
