How does a fingerprint lock on a bag work?
The main zipper pull ends in a metal tab that locks inside the lock body. When a registered finger touches the sensor, the lock recognizes it in under a second and releases the tab, and to lock it you push the tab back in. Out of the box no fingerprint is stored yet, so any finger opens it: for the first registration, hold a finger on the sensor for 3 seconds until the blue light comes on, then place it more than 10 times until the green light comes on. From then on only your finger, plus up to 9 more fingerprints you approve, opens the bag. Every product page has a full guide with a video.

How do I open a fingerprint bag?
Touch the lock's sensor with a registered finger and the zipper pull's tab releases in under a second. To lock it, push the tab back into the lock.
What do I do the first time?
Out of the box, any finger opens it. Hold a finger on the sensor for about 3 seconds until the blue light comes on, then place the same finger more than 10 times at different angles until the green light comes on. That's the admin fingerprint.
Does the bag come with a key?
Yes. Every bag comes with its own personal electronic key, one to one. You pair it once before registering the first fingerprint (plug it into the lock's charging port and touch the sensor until the green light flashes), and from then on it works only with your bag. If your finger isn't recognized, plug in the key and touch the sensor: the fingerprints are cleared, the bag opens, and you register your finger again.
How many people can open the bag?
Up to 10 fingerprints. Each additional fingerprint is registered with the admin fingerprint's approval, so no one can add themselves without permission.
How do I clear all the fingerprints?
Hold a finger on the sensor for 8 to 9 seconds until the red light flashes, release, and the admin confirms with one touch. The lock returns to the state where any finger opens it.
How do I charge the lock?
With a USB-C cable (5V) through the port in the lock body. The built-in battery is 3.7V 120mAh with very low standby consumption.
How fast does the lock recognize a finger?
Reading the fingerprint takes up to half a second and matching up to one second. According to the manufacturer, the false acceptance rate is below 0.002%.
