Accessibility Statement
Camel Mountain Ltd. · Last updated:
At Camel Mountain we want our site and digital services to be easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. We keep improving the accessibility of the site because we believe in equal, respectful and convenient service for all.
The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and is built to meet WCAG 2.0 level AA as required by the Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. Accessibility is built into the site's code itself, not only added through a plugin.
What we have made accessible
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page, and a clear structure of headings and page regions for screen readers.
- Keyboard navigation in every part of the site, including the menu, search, the cart, filters and pop-up windows, with a clear focus indicator.
- Text alternatives for images, and a clear name for every button and every form field.
- Error and confirmation messages in forms and at checkout are announced by screen readers, and the cursor moves to the field that needs fixing.
- Color contrast between text and background as the standard requires, and underlined links within text.
- A pause button for content that moves by itself (the opening video and rotating product rows), and support for the "reduce motion" setting of your device.
- The site adapts to phone screens and to browser zoom without losing content.
- Stock and price information (for example "In stock" or the price before a discount) is given as text, not only by color or a symbol.
Emails
The emails we send (order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service replies) are built with headings, text alternatives for images and suitable contrast, and every email is also sent as plain text.
Browsers and testing
The site is designed to work in the common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera, in current versions) on computers and phones. It is checked with automated testing tools and with keyboard navigation tests every two weeks. The last check was on October 21, 2026.
Parts not fully in our control
We keep improving the site's accessibility. Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible. These are the parts we know of, which come from outside providers:
- The card payment form is shown in the secure window of our payment processor, which is responsible for its accessibility. If it is hard for you to pay there, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will complete the order with you.
- YouTube videos on product pages play in YouTube's player. If you are missing information shown in a video, we are happy to describe it.
- Invoices are produced as PDF files by an outside accounting system. If you need an accessible version, we will send one on request.
- WhatsApp conversations work in WhatsApp's own interface.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you have difficulty with anything on the site, please tell us. We will do our best to fix it and to help you right away, for example by completing an order with you.
