Are the wheels noisy on surfaces like pavement or asphalt?

No. The wheels are equipped with an advanced shock absorption system and Anti-Rattle technology that significantly reduces friction noise, ensuring silent movement even on uneven surfaces.

Is the suitcase rain-resistant?

The Cationic Nylon fabric is water-repellent and provides good protection against light rain or splashes. However, like most softside luggage, it is not completely waterproof during prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

Is the weight (3.5 kg) considered light for its category?

Yes, considering its durability, reinforced structure, and dual-wheel system, a weight of 3.5 kg for a 24-inch suitcase is light and competitive, allowing you to pack more without exceeding airline weight limits.

What is the advantage of the front pockets?

The front pockets allow you to store items you need quick access to, such as a book, tablet, or travel documents, without having to open the entire suitcase and expose its contents.

Is the telescopic handle sturdy?

Absolutely. The telescopic handle is made of high-quality aluminum, locks at multiple heights, and is designed for maximum stability when pulling the suitcase, even when fully loaded.

Is the built-in lock TSA-approved?

The built-in lock is a standard combination lock that provides basic security. It is not a TSA lock. We recommend, in line with many airport guidelines, not to lock checked luggage to allow for security inspections without damaging the lock.

Does the expansion feature affect the suitcase's stability?

No. The expansion mechanism was designed to maintain a stable center of gravity and keep the suitcase balanced, even when fully expanded and packed.

How do I clean the suitcase fabric?

The best way to clean the suitcase is with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Avoid using harsh detergents or chemicals that could damage the water-repellent coating.
