- The backpack includes a dedicated padded central compartment specifically designed to fit laptops up to 16 inches in size.
- Is the backpack fully waterproof?
- The backpack is made from high-quality, water-repellent Oxford fabric. It provides effective protection against light rain and splashes but is not intended for full submersion in water.
- How does the USB port work and what does it include?
- The external USB port allows for convenient on-the-go charging. You need to connect your own power bank to the internal cable inside the bag. Please note, a power bank is not included.
- How is it recommended to clean the backpack?
- According to the care instructions, the backpack can be cleaned easily and effectively using a damp cloth.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
