Is the 20-inch suitcase suitable for all low-cost airlines?

It meets the size requirements for most airlines, but with companies like Ryanair and Wizz Air, you may be required to pay an additional fee to bring a trolley into the cabin. It's always recommended to check the airline's policy before flying.

How many kilograms can each suitcase hold?

Generally, the 20" is suitable for about 10-15 kg, the 24" for 15-20 kg, the 28" for 20-25 kg, and the 32" can hold over 25 kg. The exact weight depends on the airline's restrictions.

Is the fabric tear-resistant?

Yes, the 600D Cationic Nylon fabric is high-density and has excellent resistance to abrasion and tears, especially with the aluminum reinforcements at the corners.

How do I clean the suitcases?

The recommended cleaning method is with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using aggressive detergents or chemicals that could damage the fabric's water-repellent coating.

Is the telescopic handle stable?

Absolutely. The telescopic handle is made of aluminum, locks at multiple heights for personal adjustment, and is designed for maximum stability even when the suitcase is fully loaded.

What happens if I forget the code to the lock?

If you forget the code, there is no remote reset option. You will need to contact a professional locksmith or our customer service for guidance.

Can the suitcases be stored one inside the other?

Yes, the set is designed for 'babushka' style storage, so each suitcase fits into the next larger one. This saves significant storage space at home between trips.
