Questions and answers
- Is the 20 inch suitcase carry-on size?
- It is a cabin size, about 55 x 36 x 24 cm with the wheels. At about 24 cm deep it is over the limit of some low-cost airlines, so check your airline's cabin limits before you fly. The 22, 24 and 26 inch sizes travel as checked baggage.
- What lock does the suitcase have?
- A built-in 3-digit combination lock in the aluminum frame that opens with one push. The default code is 000; set your own before the first trip.
- Is the suitcase expandable?
- No. It closes on an aluminum frame with no outer zipper, so it has no expansion layer. If you need more room, choose the next size up.
- How does the USB port work?
- Connect your own power bank inside the suitcase (not included), then plug your phone's charging cable into the USB port outside.
