Is the 20" suitcase compliant with Ryanair's new cabin bag policy?

The 20" suitcase (55x35x20 cm) meets the size requirements for most major airlines' carry-on, including Ryanair's paid "Priority & 2 Cabin Bags" option. However, for their standard free fare, only a small bag that fits under the seat is allowed. Always check the airline's latest policy before flying.

How much does each suitcase weigh when empty?

The 20" carry-on weighs approximately 2.5 kg, and the 28" large suitcase weighs approximately 4.0 kg.

How do I set the combination lock?

To set the lock, ensure the combination is at the default 0-0-0. Press and hold the small reset button with a pen until you hear a click. Set your desired combination, then push the main opening button to lock it in.

How should I clean the Nylon Mélange fabric?

For light stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Gently blot the area. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or fully submerging the suitcase in water.

Is the softshell fabric durable enough for checked baggage?

Yes, the Nylon Mélange fabric is specifically chosen for its high tensile strength and resistance to tearing. The reinforced corners provide additional protection, making it very suitable for checked baggage.

Can the wheels be replaced if they get damaged?

Yes, the wheels are replaceable. Please contact Camel Mountain customer service for information on purchasing and installing replacement wheels.

How much volume does the expansion add to each suitcase?

The expansion zipper adds approximately 25% more packing volume. For the 20" suitcase, this is about 12 extra liters, and for the 28", it's about 30 extra liters.

Does the carry-on have a laptop compartment?

No, this model does not have a dedicated, padded laptop compartment. It features a large main compartment with a mesh divider for general organization.
