Does the 20-inch suitcase fit in Ryanair's overhead bin?

Our 20" suitcase has a width of 35 cm and depth of 20 cm, while Ryanair's requirement is up to 40 cm wide and 20 cm deep. It therefore fits, but it is always recommended to check the airline's latest baggage policy before your flight.

How many kilograms of gear can be packed in the large (32-inch) suitcase?

The suitcase itself is relatively light (4.2 kg), allowing you to pack approximately 25-28 kg of gear, depending on the airline's weight limit (which is typically 32 kg per suitcase).

Can the Hinomoto wheels be replaced if they get damaged?

Yes, one of the advantages of high-quality wheels is that they are replaceable. You can contact our customer service to purchase replacement wheels and for simple installation instructions.

What's the main difference between a softshell suitcase like Platinium and a hardshell one?

A softshell suitcase like the Platinium offers more flexibility, an expansion feature, and external pockets. It also tends to absorb impacts better without cracking. A hardshell suitcase offers better protection for fragile items inside.

How should I clean the nylon fabric if it gets dirty?

We recommend using a damp cloth with a little mild soap to clean the stained area in circular motions. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or soaking the suitcase in water.

Does the telescopic handle have multiple height settings?

Yes, the telescopic handle has a locking mechanism at several different heights, allowing for comfortable adjustment to the user's height and easier maneuvering.

Is the expansion zipper as strong and durable as the main zipper?

Absolutely. We use high-quality, durable zippers for the expansion mechanism as well, to ensure long-term durability even when the suitcase is packed to full capacity.
