How much does the 32-inch suitcase weigh when empty?

The suitcase weighs only 4.2 kg, which is relatively light for its enormous size and structural strength.

What is the advantage of 8 wheels over 4?

Eight wheels (four double sets) provide greater stability and smoother movement, especially when the suitcase is heavily packed. This reduces the effort required to move it and allows for easier maneuvering.

Does the fabric really protect from rain?

The Nylon Mélange fabric is water-repellent and provides excellent protection against light rain and splashes. It is not fully waterproof, so it's not recommended to leave it in heavy rain for extended periods.

How does the combination lock work?

The suitcase comes with a built-in 3-digit combination lock. You can set a personal code to secure the zippers and prevent unwanted opening. It's important to note this is not a TSA lock.

Doesn't the suitcase exceed airline weight limits?

The suitcase's own weight (4.2 kg) is low, but due to its huge volume, it's easy to pack it beyond the allowed weight limit (usually 23-32 kg). We recommend weighing it after packing.

What happens if one of the wheels breaks?

The Japanese wheels are designed for high durability. In case of a malfunction, you can contact our customer service to check the possibility of purchasing a replacement wheel.

How much volume does the expansion add in liters?

The expansion zipper adds about 25% to the volume, which is an additional 37 liters, bringing the total capacity to almost 190 liters. Perfect for shopping and gifts.

Are there external pockets?

Yes, the suitcase has two external zippered pockets, ideal for storing documents, books, or items you need quick access to.
