Are the suitcases waterproof?

The suitcases are made of water-repellent 600D nylon fabric, which protects the contents from light rain or splashes. They are not fully waterproof and are not designed for submersion.

Can I purchase only one size from the set?

This set is sold as a single unit including both sizes. We sometimes offer the sizes separately, it's recommended to check the luggage category on our website.

How do I set the code on the combination lock?

Typically, the default code is 000. To change it, press a small button on the side of the lock (often with a pen), set your new code, and release the button.

Do the suitcases meet airline weight restrictions?

The weight of the suitcases themselves (3.5 & 4.2 kg) is relatively light. The final weight depends on what you pack, and it's important to check your airline's specific weight limit (usually 23 kg for checked baggage).

What's the advantage of 8 wheels over 4?

An 8-wheel system (4 double wheels) provides greater stability, smoother movement, and reduces the load on each individual wheel, which improves long-term durability.

Are the front pockets padded for a laptop?

The front pockets are designed for quick access to documents, a tablet, or books, but they do not include dedicated laptop padding. We recommend storing a laptop in a specialized bag.

Are the suitcases also suitable for train travel?

Absolutely. The smooth wheels and comfortable handle make them ideal for maneuvering through crowded train stations.

Finally a suitcase that doesn't fight with me at the airport. It moves so smoothly that I can hold a coffee in one hand and steer it with the other. Excellent customer service too.

We used the set for a family trip to Thailand. The suitcases survived everything: flights, ferries and tuk-tuks. The capacity is huge and they're easy to maneuver, even when they're packed to the brim.
