The pair that covers almost every trip: a 20-inch that goes into the cabin with you and a 28-inch for the hold, in the same color and the same metal. The Monaco set is made entirely of aluminum-magnesium alloy, the wheels come off and swap by hand, and each suitcase comes with 2 spare wheels.

4 spare wheels in the set, 2 per suitcase; a wheel damaged on a flight is replaced at home in seconds, without tools
Four quiet 360° spinner wheels on each suitcase, each released by pressing the metal button at its base
Shell, frame and telescopic handle in aluminum-magnesium alloy, tested to bear 100 kg and to 5,000 rotations in a tumble drum
Zipperless aluminum frame closure with two latches, a seal and two TSA combination locks
Telescopic handle that locks at several heights and spring-loaded side and top handles
