How long does the vacuum last?

The vacuum holds for a very long time thanks to the double zipper and quality material. Even after weeks, clothes will remain compressed and protected.

Is the pump noisy?

The pump operates relatively quietly and is not disruptive. You can easily use it in a hotel room or at home without disturbing others.

How do I charge the pump?

The pump is charged using a standard USB-C cable (included). You can connect it to a wall charger, laptop, or power bank.

Can it damage delicate clothes?

No, the vacuum process is gentle and does not harm clothes. However, it's recommended to avoid compressing items with sharp or hard elements that could damage the bag.

Is the material puncture-resistant?

The bag is made of flexible and durable TPU, but like any vacuum bag, it is sensitive to sharp objects. Avoid contact with such items to prevent damage.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes, you can take the bag on a plane in both your carry-on and checked luggage. The battery complies with aviation standards.

How do I know when the battery is fully charged?

There is an indicator light on the pump. It will flash during charging and turn solid when the battery is fully charged.

What happens if air gets back in?

This shouldn't happen if the zipper is closed properly. In the rare case that it does, you can simply run the pump again to re-compress.
