- Is the pouch fully waterproof?
- The pouch is made of water-resistant materials that protect its contents from light rain and splashes. However, it is not designed to be fully submerged in water.
- What is the pouch's capacity and what can it fit?
- The pouch has a capacity of about 2.5 liters and its dimensions are 31x18x8 cm. It includes a spacious main compartment and internal pockets, suitable for organizing essentials like a phone, keys, and wallet.
- How should I clean the pouch?
- The pouch can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth. If necessary, it can also be washed in cold water and hung up to dry.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
