- The bag is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. It is made of a dense nylon fabric that protects your belongings from light rain and splashes.
- What size tablet or laptop can fit inside?
- The bag has a dedicated pocket that fits a tablet up to 9.7 inches. It is not designed to carry a laptop.
- Does the bag come with a power bank?
- No, a power bank is not included. The bag provides a USB port and an internal cable, to which you must connect your own power bank to use the charging feature.
- How do I clean the bag?
- The bag can be cleaned easily using a damp cloth.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
