I bought the bag as a gift for my brother, who's a student, and he's thrilled. Big enough for everything he needs, protects the laptop well and looks great. Excellent customer service too.

The most comfortable bag I've had. The shoulder straps are wide and padded and it doesn't weigh on the back even when it's full. The material feels very durable and will last a long time.

A good bag overall. The interior organization is very convenient with the three compartments, but I would have liked another small outside pocket for quick access to keys. The fabric really is water repellent, tested in a light rain.

I bought the large model for my 16 inch laptop and it sits perfectly. The bag feels very high quality, the padding on the back and straps is really comfortable. There's enough room for all my work gear. Recommended!
