Questions and answers
- Is the bag also compliant with Wizz Air or EasyJet policies?
- Yes, the dimensions 40x25x20 cm comply with Ryanair's free personal item policy and are generally smaller than the allowance on other low-cost airlines like Wizz Air and EasyJet. It's always recommended to check the airline's website before your flight.
- Can the backpack straps be removed when using the shoulder strap?
- The backpack straps are not fully detachable, but they can be tightened so they don't interfere when using the shoulder strap.
- Will my laptop (Dell XPS 17) fit in the dedicated compartment?
- The laptop compartment is designed for laptops up to 17 inches and measures 40x25 cm. We recommend measuring your laptop to ensure a perfect fit.
- Is the main compartment zipper lockable?
- Yes, the main compartment's zipper pullers are designed with loops that allow you to use a small padlock (not included) for extra security.
- How do I clean the fabric if it gets dirty?
- We recommend spot cleaning the bag with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, to preserve the water-repellent coating.
- What fits besides a laptop and clothes for a weekend?
- You can also easily fit a large water bottle in the side pocket, chargers, a book, a small toiletry bag, and other personal items.
- Is the shoulder strap included with the purchase?
- Absolutely, the bag comes with a high-quality shoulder strap that can be easily attached and detached.
- Is the bag waterproof or water-repellent?
- The bag is made from water-repellent material, which protects its contents from light rain and splashes. It is not designed for full submersion in water.
