- The backpack has a dedicated, well-padded compartment that fits laptops up to 16 inches. This compartment provides maximum protection against bumps and scratches.
- How does the USB port work, and does it come with a power bank?
- The external USB port allows you to conveniently charge your phone. You need to connect your own power bank (which is not included) to the designated cable inside the backpack.
- Is the backpack rain-resistant?
- Yes, the backpack is made of high-quality, water-repellent Oxford fabric. It protects your gear from light rain and splashes but is not designed to be fully submerged in water.
- What are the cleaning instructions for the backpack?
- It is recommended to clean the backpack using a damp cloth. The backpack is not machine washable.

Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
