- Will a laptop larger than 15.6 inches fit in the backpack?
- The backpack is designed for laptops up to 15.6 inches. The dedicated padded compartment is not suitable for larger models.
- How does the USB port work and is a battery included?
- The external USB port allows for convenient charging by connecting your own portable battery (Power Bank) to the internal cable. A portable battery is not included.
- Is the backpack fully waterproof?
- The backpack is made of high-quality water-repellent nylon fabric, which protects contents in changing weather like light rain. It is not fully waterproof and is not meant for submersion.
- What are the care instructions for cleaning the bag?
- According to the product details, the backpack can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
