- Yes, the Crylonis™ Max backpack is designed to accommodate laptops up to 15, 15.6, and 16 inches. It features a spacious, dedicated compartment to keep your laptop secure.
- What is the backpack made of, and is it waterproof?
- The backpack is made from high-quality, water-resistant nylon. This material ensures long-lasting durability and protects your belongings from wear and tear and water.
- How does the USB charging port work, and does it include a power bank?
- The USB port allows you to connect your own power bank inside the backpack, enabling you to conveniently charge your devices on the go. Please note that a power bank is not included with the purchase.
Shipping and returns
- Free tracked shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. No VAT added at checkout.
- Free tracked delivery by EMS express.
- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
