- What size laptop fits in this backpack?
- The backpack comes in two sizes. The small model fits laptops up to 14 inches, while the large model has a dedicated padded compartment for laptops up to 16 inches.
- How does the USB port work, and does it include a power bank?
- The external USB port allows for convenient charging on the go. You need to connect it to your own power bank (not included) on the inside of the backpack.
- What is the backpack made of, and is it water-resistant?
- The backpack is made from high-quality, durable, and water-repellent Oxford fabric. It also features a breathable mesh back and padded shoulder straps for comfortable carrying.
- What is the difference between the models in size and capacity?
- The small model measures 38x25x15 cm with a capacity of about 14 liters. The large model measures 40x27x15 cm with a capacity of about 16 liters. Both models weigh 600 grams.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
