- Is the bag's capacity truly sufficient for a long, multi-day trip?
- Absolutely. The 80-liter capacity is specifically designed for long journeys and can comfortably hold several days' worth of gear, including a sleeping bag, tent, clothes, and cooking equipment in its spacious main compartment.
- Does the backpack come with a hydration system (water bladder) included?
- The backpack is compatible and ready for use with most hydration systems, but please note that the hydration system itself is not included and must be purchased separately.
- How should I clean and maintain the backpack?
- The backpack is made from wear-resistant materials. The recommended care instruction is to spot clean only, using a damp cloth.
- Does the backpack have a dedicated laptop compartment?
- This backpack does not include a dedicated laptop compartment. It is designed primarily for carrying gear for outdoor trekking and camping.

- Free tracked shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. No VAT added at checkout.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price to your card once it reaches us.
- Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at our cost.
Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
