- What sizes are available and which one will fit my laptop?
- The backpack comes in two sizes: a small model for 13-14 inch laptops (approx. 13L capacity), and a large model for 15-16 inch laptops (approx. 19L capacity). Both feature a dedicated padded compartment to protect your device.
- Is the backpack waterproof?
- The backpack is made from high-density, water-repellent Oxford fabric. It is designed to protect your belongings from light rain and splashes, but it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
- What are the backpack's anti-theft features?
- The backpack includes a hidden back pocket designed to secure valuables like your wallet, passport, and phone. Its zipper design also makes it difficult for unwanted opening by others.
Shipping and returns

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
