The USB feature changed my life. No more walking around with a power bank in my hand. I plug it in in the morning and forget about it. The bag itself is excellently built.

I used it on a short business trip. The hidden pocket on the back put my mind at ease about my passport and wallet. Very convenient to attach to a suitcase.

Exactly the size I was looking for. Not too big and not too small. 20 liters is perfect for a workday at the office, including a lunch box and a water bottle. Recommended!
