- Is the backpack fully waterproof?
- The backpack is made of high-quality, high-level water-resistant nylon fabric. It is designed to keep your gear dry in the rain but is not intended for full submersion in water.
- What are the external compression straps for?
- The external straps allow you to attach additional equipment to the outside of the backpack, such as a sleeping bag or hiking poles, freeing up space inside the main compartment.
- Is the backpack comfortable for carrying heavy loads?
- Absolutely. The backpack features a padded back system and adjustable ergonomic shoulder straps, which allow for a personalized fit and optimal weight distribution for comfort during prolonged carrying.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
