- Will this sleeve fit the new MacBook Pro 16 inch?
- No, this sleeve is designed for laptops up to 15.6 inches. The 16-inch model will be too tight or will not fit.
- Is there room for a charger or a mouse?
- No, this is a minimalist envelope sleeve designed for the laptop only. It does not have additional pockets for accessories.
- How do I clean the FELT fabric if it gets dirty?
- We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not machine wash, as it can damage the sleeve's shape.
- Is the padding enough to protect from a drop?
- The padding provides good protection against minor bumps and scratches inside a bag, but it is not designed to absorb falls from a height.
- Can I fit a thin notebook along with the laptop?
- Yes, if the laptop itself is thin (like a MacBook Air), you can likely fit a slim notebook or a few papers alongside it.
- Is the sleeve water-resistant?
- No, the sleeve is made of FELT fabric and is not water-resistant or water-repellent. Avoid exposure to rain or liquids.
- Does the Velcro closure weaken over time?
- We use a high-quality Velcro designed for thousands of open/close cycles. With normal use, it should remain strong for a very long time.
- Will it fit a Dell XPS 15?
- Yes, the sleeve is an excellent fit for Dell XPS 15 models and other relatively slim 15.6-inch laptops.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
