- What size laptop does the bag fit?
- The bag has a dedicated padded compartment suitable for laptops up to 16 inches. The padded compartment keeps your computer safe and protected from bumps.
- Is the backpack fully waterproof?
- The backpack is made of high-quality water-repellent nylon fabric, which provides protection from light rain. It is not fully waterproof and is not recommended for heavy rain exposure.
- What is the difference between the two available sizes?
- Both sizes have the same 15-liter capacity. The difference is in dimensions and weight: the 13-14 inch model weighs 670g, while the 15-16 inch model is slightly larger and weighs 735g.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
