- Will this fit the new MacBook Pro 16-inch model?
- Yes, the largest version of the bag is designed for laptops up to 16 inches and fits the new MacBook Pro models.
- How does the PU leather feel? Does it look cheap?
- No, we selected a high-quality PU leather with a matte finish that provides a professional, elegant look and feels pleasant to the touch.
- How well does the padding protect against drops?
- The internal padding is designed to protect against shocks, bumps, and scratches during daily use. It is not intended for protection against drops from significant heights.
- Is the bag bulky for air travel?
- Not at all. Its slim and lightweight design makes it ideal for travel. It fits easily under a seat or in an overhead compartment.
- Can I fit an A4 binder in addition to the laptop?
- In the larger models (14-inch and up), you can fit a laptop and a few papers or a slim binder, but space is limited.
- Are the handles strong enough for a heavy laptop?
- Absolutely. The handles are reinforced and well-stitched to the body of the bag to safely carry heavier laptops and accessories.
- What does 'water-repellent' mean? Will it protect in heavy rain?
- The material is water-repellent, meaning it protects the contents from light rain or splashes. It is not fully waterproof and is not designed for exposure to heavy rain or submersion.
- How do I know which size to choose for my 13.3-inch laptop?
- For a 13.3-inch laptop, we recommend choosing the version designed for 13-14 inch laptops for the best fit.

Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
