- Will this fit the new MacBook Pro 16 inch?
- This sleeve is designed for laptops up to 15.6 inches. The newer 16-inch models might be too tight. We recommend checking your laptop's exact dimensions against the sleeve's dimensions (41x30 cm) before purchasing.
- Can I fit an iPad Pro 12.9 along with the laptop?
- No, the sleeve is designed to hold only one device - a laptop. Adding another device could stretch the fabric and compromise its protective qualities.
- Is the canvas material water-resistant?
- No, the canvas material is not water-resistant. It may absorb liquids, so exposure to rain or moisture should be avoided.
- Is the zipper made of metal or plastic?
- The zipper is made of high-quality, durable metal, with a comfortable pull tab that ensures smooth opening and closing over time.
- Could the inner lining scratch the laptop?
- Absolutely not. The inner lining is made of a very soft microfiber material, specifically designed to protect the laptop's body from scratches and scuffs.
- Does the sleeve hold its shape or is it soft and flimsy?
- The sleeve has a semi-rigid structure. It is flexible enough to be convenient but maintains its shape and does not wrinkle easily, even when empty.
- Can I wash the sleeve in a washing machine?
- No, the sleeve should not be machine washed. Please spot clean only with a damp cloth to preserve the quality of the fabric and padding.
- Will it fit a thick 15.6 inch gaming laptop?
- The sleeve is designed for standard and slim laptops (Ultrabooks). Thicker gaming laptops may not fit. It's recommended to check your laptop's thickness against the sleeve's dimensions (4 cm thick).

Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
