A very good quality bag, but it's pretty big even when compressed. For someone looking for something compact for everyday use, it might be a bit much. For trips, on the other hand, it's perfect.

I'm a student and carry heavy gear all day. The straps on this bag are simply excellent and the back padding makes a huge difference. It easily holds a laptop, books and food for the whole day.

I bought the bag for a week-long business trip and it's simply genius. The expandable capacity let me pack clothes and a huge 17 inch laptop and there was still room left. The back system is really comfortable, I didn't feel the weight.
