- Will the 15-16 inch version fit a thick gaming laptop?
- The sleeve is designed for slim laptops (Ultrabooks). A thick gaming laptop might be too tight. It is recommended to measure your laptop and compare it to the sleeve's internal dimensions.
- Can I also fit an A4 notepad with the laptop?
- No, the sleeve is designed for a snug fit for the laptop only and does not have extra space for a thick notepad or documents.
- How do I clean the PU leather if it gets dirty?
- You should clean it gently with a damp cloth and a little water. Do not use harsh chemicals or scrub aggressively.
- Could the magnets harm my laptop?
- No. The magnets used in the sleeve are not strong enough to affect the operation of modern solid-state drives (SSDs) or other components in a laptop.
- Will the inner lining scratch my laptop's aluminum body?
- Not at all. The inner lining is made of a soft microfiber material designed to protect the laptop and prevent scratches.
- Is it comfortable to carry under the arm?
- Yes, its slim profile and light weight make it very comfortable to carry by hand or under the arm between meetings.
- I have a 13.3-inch MacBook with a hard plastic case. Will it fit in the 13-14 inch version?
- Yes, there is usually enough room to fit a 13.3-inch laptop even with a slim protective case on it.
- Does the PU leather crack or peel over time?
- The sleeve is made of high-quality, durable PU leather designed to withstand daily use without cracking or peeling.

Warranty
Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
