- What size laptop fits in the backpack?
- The backpack features a dedicated, padded compartment designed to fit laptops up to 15.6 inches. The compartment protects your device from bumps and scratches.
- How does the USB port work? Does it include a power bank?
- The backpack has an external USB port for convenient charging. You need to connect your own power bank to the internal cable inside the bag; a power bank is not included.
- How should I clean and maintain the bag? Is the leather waterproof?
- The leather material is water-repellent, but not fully waterproof. For cleaning, use a damp cloth, and it is recommended to use dedicated leather care products to maintain its quality.

- Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.

Every Camel Mountain product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day of delivery. If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos of the problem, and we will tell you how we can fix it.
