Caring for a leather backpack
Wipe off dust and dirt with a soft dry cloth, and let a damp spot air-dry away from heaters and direct sun. Every few months apply a thin layer of leather conditioner so it doesn't dry out and crack. When the bag isn't in use, stuff it with paper so it keeps its shape, and store it in a cloth bag rather than plastic.
